Parent-School Partnership Guidelines

At Goldmind, we believe that parents play a vital role in shaping their child’s attitude toward learning. A strong parent-school partnership is essential for fostering a lifelong learning mindset in children.

Guidelines for Parents

To embark on a successful journey of Parent-School Partnership, kindly note the following guidelines:

  • Ensure punctuality by adhering to the school arrival and dispersal timings to teach your child time management skills.
  • Stay involved in your child’s day by checking their bag for circulars and reviewing the Google Classroom regularly for updates.
  • Help your child feel accountable for their actions by informing the school in writing about absences and encouraging them to complete assignments regularly.
  • Do not send your child to school if they are feeling unwell.
  • Ensure your child’s active participation in school activities, events, and competitions for their holistic development.
  • Stay updated on upcoming events and activities at the school.
  • Parents must carry their ID cards when visiting the school.
  • Attend Parent-Educator Conferences (PECs) to understand the areas for improvement and collaborate in the development process.
  • Participate in the parenting-oriented workshops and sessions organized by the school throughout the year to stay informed and involved.

Guidelines for Parents

Please note the following guidelines for smooth communication with the school:

  • Parents may meet various functionaries as per the schedule below. Kindly follow the timings for convenience:
Head Mistress On all working days with prior appointment
Admission Counselor 9:30am - 3:00pm (Monday-Saturday)
Transport 7:30am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Class Teacher With prior appointment
Accounts With prior appointment
  • Parents are requested not to go directly to the class to meet the teachers.
  • Casual visits to view the school are not allowed as this could disrupt classroom teaching.
  • Parents are required to inform the school immediately if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.
  • Any communication made by parents/guardians should be addressed to the Head Mistress. Include the student's name, address, phone number, admission number, class/section, and bus route in the application.
  • For queries regarding fees, buses, etc., parents may contact the concerned officer on 9870963024.
  • To obtain any official document from the school, one-week notice should be given (except for TC and Report Card).
